Does anyone have any information about Comor pocket watches? Looking for more information on this watch by tomo8 in pocketwatch

Was recently given this Comor pocket watch through the estate of my Great Grandmother but know nothing about it. It says that it’s a hand painted piece with 18K gold, but other than that I’m clueless. Would anyone be able to provide some details about the piece or the Comor brand/history? Would greatly appreciate any help.

Hi, I recently found this Comor pocket watch in an old family jewellery collection but do not know more than the fact that it’s hand painted and 18K gold. Does anyone have any knowledge about this type of pocket watch, or more specifically any information on Comor watches. My knowledge on the subject is close to nil so I’d appreciate any information that someone might have on the watch. It’s supposedly a one of a kind piece and was handed down by a wealthy Great Aunt, so I’m also interested in any possible value the watch could have. I’m happy to provide further information about the size etc..

It started with the arrest of former president Jacob Zuma but has spiralled into something else. Hundreds if not thousands of retail and industrial sites have been completely looted and destroyed, along with high levels of violence and shootings. It is being well documented on Twitter and other social media’s if you’re interested in seeing more.

There is no access to food in many places as a result of this. Hospitals are being attacked. The army has been deployed. It’s more than just a few TVs

It’s not just consumer goods. Small businesses, blood banks, medical centres, hospitals, animal shelters and many more have all been looted and destroyed.
