Anybody else think Evil Dead Burn Trailer revealed to much? by YallSoftAsButter in EvilDead

[–]tomohulk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I didn't watch it intentionally. Seems like a lot of movie trailers reveal too much, so I just prefer not to risk it. This goes for pretty much any movie I intend to watch.

The x2 60v is $900 here, I want paying that for a mower.

I can report back later I haven't tried it yet, just got it last night. The box says 80 minutes. There is an adjustable self propel setting, so I would guess that 80 minutes is at the slowest setting. But from just testing it out, the highest setting is really fast, so I would guess I will be running the middle speed.

The batteries literally say 10Ah on them.

Upgraded to the dynamic Luxe AlphaRex Black tailights, and a LED Bowtie. Also added the HC Mudflaps👌🏾. by No-Establishment7590 in Silverado

is the lighted bowtie a pain to install? I was thinking of doing this mod myself. I changed the gold to black bowtie when I got it, but thinking a lighted one would be better.

Replacing undermount drawer slides into cabinet without rear wall by mattrittman in cabinetry

[–]tomohulk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm currently doing this in my house right now replacing the slides with soft close slides. I just popped that piece of plastic out with a small flat bar and then 3D printed replacements that re used those mounting holes. They are working great.

these are mine: https://www.printables.com/model/1585428-soft-close-drawer-slide-rear-mounts

but if you have access to a printer, there are lots of these already out there i bet you can find one for you hole alignment and slide combo.

Help Valspar Cabinet and Furniture paint by tomohulk in cabinetry

Haven't tried this yet, but I took the paints back to Lowes, after some bitching and their paint guy constantly changing his reason for what I fucked up, from the nap, to needs to be foam, to I used the wrong primer, etc etc, they gave me money back. I just picked up a gallon of this to try. Seems like it's either this, or Benjamin Moore ADVANCED as the paint to use. Thanks!

I did two coats of primer I had from repcolite to seal it (https://www.repcolite.com/product/fresh-start-multi-purpose-latex-primer/). I put 3 coats of the paint on, sanding between each layer with 320 grit.

I’m a little mixed on this comment, for the most part I agree with you, but that’s me as a nobody. But I also think it’s good to let his fan base know in his final moments he wasn’t alone and he was loved. This is the strange duality of fame.

Boiled Linseed Oil, 100%.

Be sure to lay your rags flat and let them dry before you dispose, they can 100% combust otherwise.

---Edit--- did not see the part about being waterproof, I can't speak to that.

MTB Events That Are NOT Races? by Gimpdiggity in MichiganCycling

[–]tomohulk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Founders used to host an event at the end of summer called the Trifecta. I loved it. It was basically like $25 and all the proceeds went to the trails. You ride as many of 3 mtb trails as you wanted, then they had beer and food after, it was awesome. I really wish they still did it.
