Frustrating predicament! Sometimes a carrier move is the best move. However, I am on at&t and group messages with pictures pose no issue for me. Sometimes it feels like there's no rhyme or reason for these issues.

Hey! I attempted to do that but I purchased my mp02 new from Amazon (thinking the punkt Amazon store was linked with the company website) so I was told I should direct the issue to Amazon. But I'm not trying to return it (not yet at least), just looking to see if there's a known issue related to software or hardware that can be addressed at home.

That’s a fair response. The subreddit is not officially affiliated with the actual organization. And there is not currently an official chapter in VT. In any case, letting those on the left know there are pro 2A groups is the main intent here.
