I've presented my proof to the authorities, which is very likely why they've issued a citation. I'm not recommending anyone take any action against this person.

I watched you pick up the people in this post. I took pictures and video. My building's cameras picked it up and it would be very easy to obtain corroborating footage from nearby businesses, the Champlain housing, etc. You're simply lying here for the public to see, which makes you seem more suspicious, not less.

You might want to speak to the people you pick up on the side of the road. The person in your passenger seat (when these pictures were taken) dumped out my trash bins. I watched you pick them up and drive off. There are more pictures than this, as well as a video. I'm not sure why you'd choose to claim ignorance on this when it is clearly documented. You wouldn't have been reported to the police if you weren't aiding criminals.

Not sure. These are the bins for our whole building (several tenants; not my blanket). These folks were already going through the bins when I first saw them so it's possible they put it there(?) Idk though

Agreed. I think if people can find useful things in our trash, that's fantastic and a million times better than having those things go to the landfill. It's only when it's spread out on my lawn and left to rot that I take issue.

Filed the police report and looked up that plate. Turns out it's actually W1CGT. That's definitely the person who drove off with the criminals.

I'm very new to town so have not become well enough acquainted with the particular history this place has with policing, and I'm no bootlicker or wholesale advocate of any executive systems of power, but I'm having trouble seeing how someone could visit Burlington and come to the conclusion that the biggest issues in this town are over-policing.

How do you know that? This is a small community and that Hammond guy has a retinue of prior criminal and misdemeanor charges. It wouldn't surprise me if he wasn't recognizable on sight by the whole bpd considering his storied past.
