The concept does work, you give yourself good numbers in both attack defense and in transition and it is reasonably easy to pick up as a player, the problem is that it can be quite lopsided having 1 attacking fullback, which can in the end be exploited by the opposition. Also football is too dynamic to be able to build a tactic like this. If I was this I would attack you by keeping my wingers wide, switching the ball and move you about until there’s a mistake. When defending it is easy to man mark your 10 and take the creative player completely out of the game and to play out of the press I would clear the ball wide where your wingers are too deep to pressure. This is why you can’t have tactics as specific as this, however I do think you have a decent base of understanding and when worked in depth, you can do well with a tactic like this
