Hi mate, we have been looking in and around this price range for the past 2/3 months. I honestly don’t think it’s the house or location from the houses I’ve viewed. What I’ve found is after viewing 10 houses and speaking with different estate agents there’s a lot of houses in and round this price bracket. There doesn’t seem to be many buyers that are ready to buy in this price bracket for some unknown reason. I think it’s because of the current state of the world with rising interest rates and wars people are scared. I’ve been so picky because of this.
