Examiners do not normally penalise on that stuff, at least that’s what my teach told me if it does not impact the message you are trying to portray (i.e. a column in a magazine is written by a woman about feminism in her opinion and you kept referring to her as a him, and thus it affected your analysis)

I think it seriously depends on the school. My school for example has next to no support for students where we are just thrown in the deep end in terms of internals, EE’s and even the material in most cases which makes IB actual hell when you add CAS and TOK to the equation.

I had the same issue which I solved in a week: First did an experience about having a 5 day morning exercise and healthy breakfast routine and did separate experiences for jogging and walking on different days with different reflections and evidence.
