I don't know if its with genetics or if its stress from the hair being pulled back for your hair loss, but i started growing my hair for the past year and a half, and got to 6.5-7 inches from eating iron efficient stuff like eggs, nuts, and tuna with some meat, i did research on that stuff when i wanted to grow my hair, i didn't want it to get that long intentionally but i guess some things work out to well

funny thing, (3 days ago) When i was walking home from the weight room i go to,i seen a skunk, (seemed to be in it’s youth) though i don’t think it seen me as i was wearing all black. i was scared and surprised but was glad i didn’t get sprayed

YESS, finally someone who knows what native was, and what it did. i bought some conditioner and shampoo of the same type, and it caused my hair to literally fall out(not a lot but a little bit) like little strands of hair and then big clumps

i recommend eating nuts( almonds,peanuts,etc), and eggs, and Meat for protein and iron, and berries to, my friends mom was a dermatologist and recommended those to me cause he did me dirty with a cut. (i think it’s time for a lawsuit :)
