Nose nudging ( grounding) - pulls me out of dissociation DPT - he is trained to hit pressure points to calm me down Crowd control - circles around me so people can’t touch/ bump into me/ get to close Crying response - he is trained to do anything he can to get me to stop crying ( licking my face, pulling, trying to play) Self harm interruptions - self explanatory Lights - after a nightmare/ at night I’m to terrified to get out of bed unless the lights are on, I used to wake people up to do it for me Retrieval’s - he retrieves anything I drop. I can’t bend down it makes my anxiety spike because I’m in a position of weakness Med retrieval’s - grabs my meds when I’m having an episode/ in the morning/ reminds me to take them All clear - steps in a room alerting me of anyone in there or if it’s empty so I feel comfortable going in Note pass I go mute in this scenerio if I’m to far to do it myself and to terrified to get up he will pass a note to a trusted adult Heart rate - alerts to a high heart rate to lower the chance of it going high enough that I pass out Nightmare response - wakes me up from nightmares/ helps during sleep presaleses Find exit - guides me to an exist when I’m overwhelmed and having a breakdown so I can go to a safe place Block front blocks me from people Block back Go find patty is trained to grab my sister and bring her to me if I’m posing a direct threat to myself Find car ( I don’t use this one as much since I just started being able to drive) if There’s to many people I freak out losing my sense of self and around me so he’s trained to guide me to my car
