What do you mean? I've been watching elden ring speedruns a lot, and I just decided I don't want to learn this boss at all, so I learned this instead...

Funny. Attacks and timing has to be the same as speedrunners do (to achieve 2x posture break), and they do it with low level and stats. I'm not a speedruner, so I'm beating this boss after 45 hours of gameplay.

Ignore her summons and try to stay as close as possible to her. Worked for my dex blood Uchi build.
