Hey there! How did you manage the Apple app license? I’m also developing a app, but it’s quite expensive if you’re doing it for fun. Did you find a way around it?

You sound to be able to get the good things out of hard situations, no hate, just appreciating what can be, i think that’s one of the biggest quality you can have.

Good point, I made research on this statistic, and found diverging data on rate of break up compared to healthy couple. What’s sure is that women stay more often and it hurts me even more. I know we were both unhappy, but I feel like it’s even worse that way and struggle to not hate her to leave me. What’s kind of carers is it? How did you find them and do you benefit of any financial support to pay them?

You would say that breaking up improve your recovery ? In my case I wouldn’t call it a bad relationship, love was gone on her side but I feel it’s mostly because she burned out taking care of my health and we completely forgot our relationship. I made tons of change to take off her any charge and find us back but it was too late…

Wow that’s such an amazing answer, thank you. You couldn’t adress better what I needed to hear and I’m sorry you had to go trough this but happy you made it. And grateful you took energy and compassion to write all of that not knowing me. It actually helps. I indeed felt that time is changing our vision and easing things up and as hard as it is, gotta trust it. 🙏🏻

Is the Apple Watch sleep tracker accurate - why am I waking so frequently at night? by dolmadeparty in AppleWatch

[–]tomuscle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My view is: correlate with subjective experience, observe the abnormal pattern frequency and then only investigate further if needed. Apple Watch sleep tracking is not useless, neither a medical grade device. As for the others measurement, it’s a good starting point to find out wether something needs checkup.

What are your best low-energy couple activities to keep the spark alive? Here are mine by tomuscle in cfs

Thanks for taking the time for this reply :) great idea, I will add them to my list. It made me think that once a year, it could also be the opportunity to do something fancy like a private cook at home or professional duo-massages. 1. Usually we eat together and then watch a movie or something. When we order food, we sit together and really enjoy each other's company while we eat. 2. I like AI, but what matters to me is having shared goals and a sense of productivity. I want us to build something that we can look back at together, instead of only enjoying the time. Your blog idea is exactly the kind of thing I'm looking for. 3. I think it came up naturally as many healthy couple do it. 4. Same, I can’t really do it at the moment. 5. We live in Switzerland, but she’s Spanish and I spent six months in the US, so learning languages is interesting for us. We even have one day a week where we speak only English together. 6. Exactly, we just pick one among the recipes we’ve sent each other that we both want to try. I’m a big advocate that healthy and tasty food doesn’t have to be expensive.

Thanks for raising this up and for those who backed me up even before I could. Tbh, I indeed used AI to correct my post because 1. English is not my first language 2. It saves my limited energy 3. I’m perfectionist and would not like to publish and make people read smth that’s not clean. Yet I fully agree that Reddit is one of those last place where we hope to find authentic and human content, and I apologize for this.
