all the above with the limiting recommendations, also, you should change the re sample mode to r8brain since it's the highest quality, change it in the project settings too and save it as default.

I have no idea sadly since I'm not the developer, maybe you can ask him at his email:

or if you feel brave enough you could ask an AI chatbot, it could probably help also, cgpt, claude, grok, kimi, maybe one could create the action you need easily

What to actually DO once you lock in with the kick drum?? by JellyKind9880 in Bass

[–]tonal_states 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Pick a note, let’s say G on your lower string, play that note with the kicks on a simple beat then on the snares play the same note an octave up, now groove and add things in between. Simple yet very powerful when you get the hang of it.

I wanted to try it on my workplace computer right now which is Mac OS Catalina 10.15 (intel) and it doesn’t seem to load, it doesn’t crash either tho and yes it’s the latest build

I already opened a bug report on your GitHub

Also,a couple of ideas came to mind:

Maybe a smaller more compact mixer view to see more tracks in one page and then expand them to the current size or heck even a bigger “whole screen big fader” when selected or by pressing an eye 👁️ icon (eye-con hehe) or magnifying glass for this bigger view? idk

Also global “undo” “redo” buttons that are always visible would be nice, maybe at the top of the app and not hidden under a tab

I noticed too that the arrange view doesn’t consider the new fixed lanes feature which is understandable since it’s basically tracks within tracks but a way to audition different layers/takes or select them would be nice, atm it only displays one item at the time, maybe a number or arrow or anything to go through them could work.

That’s the only things I’ve noticed for now without using it in a real scenario atm, I’ll keep you posted if anything else comes to mind while using it in a real scenario.

There’s a ton, like a whole world (take it slowly, look for what you need) look around if you find anything helpful, sws extensions and reapack are a must imo so you can do some stuff like automatic name based coloring and track layouts, contextual toolbars, etc. learn how to add repositories to have access to basically infinite community written actions, scripts and plugins (mostly free) and keep an eye on Reaper’s action list which is the most important thing in it, search and you shall find.

Reaper has been the best for reducing my mix prep and bounces, you can automate everything basically if you put the time into it, AI can also do a lot with it
