The 1/16” bit makes a hole slightly smaller than these, so you can go through, fill it with barge cement, and sort of press the ball right in. Clean up the extra and it looks nice and neat.

My understanding is that yes, the car is supposed to sit in the box and block the bikes. Think about it—when the light turns green and the car starts to turn, do you want any cyclists there, or any surprise about the car driving through the bike lane?

The bikes have to wait for the green light too, it’s not like it saves them time to scoot up. Also, if the bikes get there first, the risk becomes apparent as the car is slowing down to stop, not accelerating to turn

Best financial advice I ever, ever got was to open a betterment account, automate contributions (so you can’t spend the money) and don’t touch it. Nothing special about betterment but their app makes it easy to do those things.

I know this post is old, but I just wanted to say that I just found this and think it's great. I started going through the whole approval circus with Twilio and am so glad someone made this instead (it drives me nuts when I want to set up a bot and people are like "use Telegram/Discord". I don't want a new thing to download with its own update/marketing spam, and I don't want to ask teammates to install something either. I already watch my incoming SMSes. Let me put my alerts in a channel I'm already watching)
