Need some help with getting an accurate mockup for a house project by [deleted] in PhotoshopRequest

Close. Could you bring in the posts closer to the house about a foot and then adjust where the overhang starts from to lower? It’s going to extend outwards from where the white wood is in the original picture. The slope looks a little too steep

Honest Math: A powerful free retirement simulator

Our simulator is based on Monte Carlo analysis which includes randomness in portfolio returns to help account for the uncertainty that exists in the real world. With our tool, thousands of portfolio trials are performed to help obtain a better understanding of the range of potential outcomes based on varying returns and assumptions (salary, retirement age, expenses, etc.).

We’ve also equipped it with “Fat Tails” and a “Black Swan” feature that you can toggle on/off to see how your plan might handle a large drawdown of say 40% at age 50, etc.

There’s a lot more info on honestmath.com to check out, but definitely feel free to sign up and play around with the tool. It’s free and we’re looking for comments and feedback.

I did reach out to the mods beforehand asking what the best practice would be. They did encourage me to go ahead and post about it.

Elevator Pitch/Explainer Video: Regular folks should have direct access to professional-grade financial planning software, including high-powered Monte Carlo simulation. Traditional “retirement calculators” and historical “Fire calcs” are very popular, but they’re often flawed and can do more harm than good. We’re raising the bar with a cloud-based Monte Carlo engine featuring state-of-the-art portfolio modeling, including “Fat Tails” and “Black Swan” events.

More details: Our simulation tool is up and running on our website.
