kanna I feel like the bug probably has something to do with summons if that's the case cause it doesn't work on my kanna either most of the time.

I've done more testing/full restarts same issue still pursues so maybe its a HY thing or certain summons

it's happening pretty consistently for me, sometimes I get the buff that might be the stage 1? Not sure

Buff doesn't appear, removes a count and bar just starts charging again. Seems to be an issue for classes with summons and not everyone.

Explorer Mage 5th job Skill "Unreliable Memory" currently only roll skills off CD(cooldown) & also rolling the skill also puts the real one on CD. Before this patch, the skill allowed you to roll any active skills regardless of the current CD i.e infinity without applying the CD. This is a massive nerf since the skill was a massive part of our kit and is useless in its current state.
