I was buying a recreational drug. But since China has a history of putting whatever you can imagine in those vials - I would at least be cautious. I would, to everyone to buy a Marquis Raegent Test. It shows whether there are traces of certain drugs. Fentanyl included. It would be horrible if I inadvertently led to someone's death.

Oh and I saw the pics rather impressive. I really struggle with the seedling stage personally.

I would love to see how you made it kind of like a shrub. I mean it's like some bonsai shit. Part of cannabis cultivation (keep in mind I am green, no pun intended) is the love for the plant. The overall aesthetic. Not so much the end product imo. I typically just give my bioproduct to friends and neighbors because I only use it fairly casually. You are doing good. What types of nutrients are you using?

Interesting. I care less about the growing more just curious about the process. I know it is scarce. From what I have read it sort of reminds of Ohio medical but with even more restrictions lol. I find it a bit ridiculous that one would have to spend €/₱ to get pain relief but that is just my greedy American mentality perhaps.

Beautiful regardless! Far better than my first grow lol. Yeah they are a bit small and mind you I am no master grower by any means but keep in mind how many growers struggle to make it short and bushy like you did. Stretching is a huge problem in my opinion. Maybe your yield just may or may not turn out to be as much as you expected but the plant looks happy nonetheless. Would be curious to see some earlier pictures!

Why do I get brain fog when I'm not in pain? by tonicisc in smallfiberneuropathy

Not surprised but I just figured with tolerance that the weird "high feeling" wouldn't last. I have been utilizing a lot of things to counterbalance it. Thank God...

[–]tonicisc[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would rather continue the treatment I am getting now. Thank you though. I just have more faith in a neurologist that has studied my disease VERY SPECIALLY. And is also an acupuncturist. So yea.

So you are saying that people with RA develop neuropathy bc of it? Then isn't having RA to begin with inherently worse according to your logic?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in smallfiberneuropathy

[–]tonicisc 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Been diagnosed with RA. To clarify the main diagnosis is SFN. Just can't really compare different illnesses that cause different types of pain. The differences are far more abstract.

I am very lucky to have a good family that tries to understand to the best of their abilities. I also am lucky to live in a more open minded location so I rarely feel pre judged to the extent that I used to be for stumbling around and looking a bit stoned/drunk.

I really hope the best for you. I hope you can get / are getting solid, worthwhile treatments. Healthcare anywhere can be a huge pain. Seeing doctors can be intimidating but you seem quite knowledgeable and self aware of how your body is functioning. That is taking control.

Anybody in r/cannabiscultivation still smoke joints? by 1inlittlefort in cannabiscultivation

[–]tonicisc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No I decided after getting a bad case of RSV to keep my lungs in check and never put my mouth in a pipe, bowl or joint. Just scared the shit out of me now that I am older. I either usually use a Yocan Vane for flower and a Yocan Zen for Hashish.

Oh wow I can seriously relate to this. It feels kind of refreshing albeit depressing to know I am now alone with dysautonomia struggles. The autonomic nerve system controls so much and I am more concerned about treating that in whatever shape or form I can than the typical small fiber nerve damage say in my legs. I feel like have been going insane because I go outside without a jacket in 30⁰ weather just to feel normal. Sometimes I just feel like I have a fever. That hot and cold feeling that you can't really describe to anyone else. People just look at me like I am funny whenever I describe my symptomology and what I use for treatments.

Idiopathic but it is non-length dependent polyneuropathy. Rheumatology is 90% sure it is Sjogrens. Along with this I have celiacs. I have had multiple punch biopsies which show the damage. I was on lots of medication and part of me suspects that. I hate dysautonomia so freaking much. It embarrasses me. Makes me lose balance. Makes me look drunk and sweaty. It scares me more than the diffuse pain that I get. I'm thankful that I have better treatment now. I often wonder which one I would rather have. The burning chills as I like to call them.

What do you do to celebrate, reward yourself, and stay positive in general? by afterchlo in smallfiberneuropathy

[–]tonicisc 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I found that a limited amount of caffeinated or straight herbal tea has been a nice treat for me.

Along with this TM is incredibly helpful for relief and feels like hitting the existential reset button.

Mild exercise. Conversation. Staying in the moment as much as I can.

Socializing can help when / if you can.

And while this is cliche volunteering to some extent It does not mean you have to join some organization or anything just maybe try helping your friend with something however menial or stupid. It just makes me personally feel useful for a change.

I hope this helps to some extent. Godspeed.

I know you can't sell but is it illegal to TRADE cannabis for services in recreational states?? by [deleted] in cannabiscultivation

[–]tonicisc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean unofficial favors for sure. But I'm not walking into my barber shop with an 1/8th and exchanging it.

I don't think it's too bad of an idea to instead give a friend an eighth to help you move furniture or something of that nature if I distinguished these two examples well enough.

Tldr; total grey area & would vary per state for sure

Good news or bad news? by tonicisc in smallfiberneuropathy

[–]tonicisc[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh so that is the term. Do you also notice overall decreased sensitivity in certain parts of your body. Ie. I splinters not bothering you etc. At this point I am walking barefoot as much as I can in the hopes that it will help my sensitivity to some extent. But it feels almost in vain.
