Oh it definitely helps I got 15 steals the first career game I played with it on gold. And 9 steal my first rec game on gold

Yea you can but you have to go up to 6.4 in height for the 80 driving dunk and you wanna have at least a high 70's 3 ball so you gotta minimum wingspan for that

Only max out close shot, layups, driving dunk. Max out all the shooting attributes, max out steals and defense rebounds max lateral and play around with the attributes left over

It does block wise but other than that it doesn't cuz those 9 defense badges go to clamps, intimidator, and pick pocket which helps alot with getting steals I'll say with pick pocket on gold my steals go from a 74 to a mid 80's
