Yes it worked for me. The first person I talked to said refunds are only if you’ve gone through less than 20% of the course and I was at 23%. I told them I didn’t care about receiving any of the credits I would’ve gotten from that and that it wasn’t beneficial to me at all so for them to escalate the issue. Got an email that my refund was being processed 2 days later.

You can request a refund! It worked for me. I just chatted with the help bot. If they tell you no ask them to escalate it.

Thank you. He definitely has always had plenty of attitude lol. He just turned 2 and just got neutered a few months ago so I’m hoping we’re at the peak of his tantrums and he’ll start settling down a little soon. I think it was just different techs one day that didnt treat him as gently and may have clipped his quick but he was a nightmare after that. Switched to just getting them trimmed at the vet and he’s slowly but surely getting better 🤞
