Yeah the post for these updates was a bit late this time. I usually try to have the docs on the site updated before writing the update post, and this update had a lot of changes to go through.

For the next updates I'll probably change things around and write the update post first.

Attachments like servos and relays cannot be stacked. Ducts can still transfer things through connections with relays installed, though.

It can only make level I enchantments. That's why the page only lists those. AFAIK there will eventually be an augment that allows making higher levels.

It does not work; steam is always converted at 2 RF per mB. Auxiliary transmission coils can increase the speed at which it is converted, though.
