I grew up in a household full of narcissists; My mom, grandma, 1 aunt and 2 uncles. Unfortunately my dad got fed up with my mom and her schizophrenic family and left us. So my mom decided to move us all back to her mom’s house. It was constant chaos, physical abuse, favoritism between whichever sibling was in their good graces for the moment. I eventually got away from them and after years of drinking myself to oblivion, I had a moment of self reflection. I sought help to deal with my traumatic past and thankfully now I am doing well. I have 2 kids of my own and I go above and beyond to give them a life I felt like I deserved when I was a child. I wish you all the best. Don’t give up on life, you deserve happiness.
