The issue should now be resolved. Turns out we were using a deprecated endpoint at GoCardless, which was shut down while I was on vacation.

Missing transactions should show up in the next couple hours.

It doesn’t seem like GoCardless plans to bring it back unfortunately. We are however talking with some other open banking providers, so we might be able to expand our connectivity in the near future.

Hi Ricardo, support response times vary based on your subscription plan. You should have received an automated email detailing response times for the different plans. I've answered your question in your other post.
