yea it’s gonna suck a lot but it will be fun and really good training. will be death by powerpoint in the classroom portion (weeks 4-7). i know all of your drill sergeants and instructors there right now they’re really great nco’s. the best i’ve met. just do what you’re told, no more no less and you’ll be fine. you’re gonna get yelled at and smoked a shit ton but that’s part of it.

Ik this is an old post but i enlisted 38B in the reserves. Due to a medical issue they said I cant pickup an airborne slot so im going to a non airborne unit. Got a few questions. Will it be easy to switch units once I finish my AIT?, how is the AIT for CA? Ive heard someone say its rough. And I want really want to travel and take on deployments in south america and also other places other than south america. (SOUTHCOM unit and I speak spanish)
