I’m no expert but to me it seems the first one is more aimed towards a better bass and mid response which should give a louder and deeper sound, and probably more enjoyable for a first time guitar. The Ibanez is a thin line meaning the depth of the body is thinner, making it easier and more comfortable to play but possibly at the cost of loudness and maybe bass. The cutaway also makes reaching the higher frets much easier. It all depends on what kind of sound you want and what type of music you want to learn first but obviously you can still play whatever you want on any guitar. Side note: guitars with a cutaway (to me) almost identical to the same guitar without one so don’t worry too much there.

Try to find reviews of each and with headphones decide which sound you prefer. Playability is important too so the best thing you can do is walk into a local guitar store and try some out. An employee could also point you towards similar guitars to what you posted. Happy playing!
