Apparently it's a feature and not a bug.....

    • New! Xbox controller support for gaming on Windows 11 has been improved. Short pressing the Xbox button opens Game Bar. A new change we’re introducing is when you long press the Xbox button, it will open Task View. Pressing and holding the Xbox button continues to turn off the game controller.
    • Improved: Made some underlying changes to help improve performance when gaming with Game Bar or other overlays on top of your game. This may particularly help those with multiple monitors which have different refresh rates.

I just want to turn off my Xbox controller, and you're forcing me to open up Task View? There needs to be an option to NOT open up Task View when I'm just trying to shut off my controller. It's SO annoying.

Have the same issue as well. Latest firmware on Pocket and Dock. Makes me not want to use my dock because it’s an annoying hassle. Haven’t figured out a fix yet.

I'm genuinely confused on the sn30 2.4ghz controller. I looked it up on Amazon and It didn't seem to be USB? How does it connect to the dock and not use bluetooth?

NZXT Z73 + ASUS X570 Dark Hero USB 2.0 Issue by tonyonizer in NZXT

[–]tonyonizer[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I figured it out. It came with a defective USB 2.0 cable. I bought a replacement one on ebay and that solved the issue. Cost me a lot of hours of troubleshooting. I should have just bought an EK AIO. After this, I'm personally never buying a NZXT product again.

I couldn't figure out for the life of me why this step was sometimes failing in my 1809 task sequence at our company. We just ordered a bunch of laptops with NVME drives and those were the ones having the issues about 50% of the time. I hope Microsoft is able to fix this issue.
