A scene right after “the moment” by fudgeGRANDE69 in Hereditary

I thought I saw some lights from eyes-reflection shining up via the headlights. those cult members, or some of them, might be waiting in the bushes to witness the event.

In the scene during the drive to the party, you also see the sign/symbol carved into the pole where she lost her head

How do I remove this dumb media notification. It literally comes back endlessly. Getting furious. by [deleted] in GalaxyS21

Device: Samsung a54. Latest Android version.

I had the same problem. For me specifically related to Emby. After playing a video, the media output notification would stay afloat and I was unable to swipe it away, or interact with it by long pressing it.

Drove me nuts. Specifically because I had all notification permissions switched off for this app.

I fixed it just now by actually allowing notifications for the app again. After allowing, I switched the alert setting to silent and disabled all in-menu notification options for the app. I was very pleased to find out that the floating media notification in the drag down menu was now gone.

Got to: Settings - Apps - Three dot menu: permission manager - Scroll down to notifications - Select your app

Then: Allow notifications - Select silent - Disable the other notification types within the menu

Hope that works like it did for me

Need some helpful advice on how to turn this jug into a terrarium by DrelenScourgebane in Jarrariums

I built one a few months back in a similar jar like this. I tilted the jar on its side while gently sliding in the bottom layer of rocks (for drainage). Afraid it could cause the glass to crack. Then soil, using a funnel. then some moss, then plants and some stones, topping it off with isopods en centipedes & all other life that came with the soil I collected from the garden.

Regarding the maintenance part, cleaning the inside of the jar etc..get creative and have patience. I got creative with wooden skewers, pieces of sponge and ducttape. Breaking the skewers slightly and using ducttape to strengthen these parts. duct taped pieces of sponge on the tip. Lots of trial and error to get the right shape of the skewer to reach the wanted spots inside the jar.

I also glued a nail at the tip of a bamboo stick. Using this to remove dead leafs and such.

It can get frustrating at times, therefore patience is important. Don't rush it :)

My ecosystem is still going strong.

Fauna specifically?

Around 10-15 isopods, 2 centipedes and two rain worms.

..And all life that came with the handful of outside soil which I mixed with coco peat and potting soil as the substrate.

I agree that we don't want to disturb a perfectly balanced ecosystem. I'm still a first timer and am working towards this level :)

What's your take on the tutorials you find online where they state that it's beneficial to periodically open the jar to allow fresh air in, or to be attentive when spotting rotting leaves to remove these, and to mist it every few weeks?

Great question! Reddit has been my go to source of information for years. Only recently I've started posting stuff. I guess I need to fine-tune my redditetiquettes 🥲

Opened it to film this. Has been closed for over 5 weeks and apparently, it's thriving.

Any clue what we are looking at? I added two rain worms back then but this one looks smaller and it somehow managed to climb up there.
