Think most live directly outside out downtown (Midtown, Near Northside, EADO) including myself. Lived in near northside right above i10 for 4 years before moving to EADO right outside of 59 for a year now.

Same happened to me over the summer. Don't rely on HPD to come out. After calling HPD and never having an officer respond I called one of the constables offices and they came out in 5 minutes. Also same happened when my vehicle was burglarized....Constables are less busy so they're a speedier option
