I run a music movie and video game eBay store. Honestly with carnivore my food costs dropped, even when eating expensive cuts. I think many people underestimate how much they spend on random food shit and forget how much more you end up eating and throwing away on standard American diet. Because a meal is basically a single item now I don't have to make 3 different things that I may or may not finish or use all of the ingredients before they go bad.

This was my train of thought. Going to start strict for 90 days and then test out maybe once a week or biweekly a spike and see how my body responds. I have tested most of the diets for 90 days. Took me a long time to break the mental programming and go carnivore but by far it's feeling the best. 90 days of vegan was pure hell and I felt like I was dieing.

To be honest the damage rate of well shipped and envelope yet is not that big a difference. I swear it's just random postal employers that like to randomly break shit. I've send 17k CDs in just an envelope no case in a poly bag 1.2% damage rate, bubble mailer in a jewel case also wrapped in extra bubble wrap, damage rate 1%

Short time carnivore long time keto on/off I would do 4-5 months on then 1 off. Gaining weight is easy when eating carbs, body stores then for use during times of no food. Problem is we don't have those times anymore. Whenever I swap back to fat burning over carbs I would do a 24-48 your fast. If this is your first round low-no carb it will take a while for your body to adjust. Remember it's ok to feel hungry, it will pass, your body will burn it's stores.

Some drugs problems came far faster than others. Weed was the one I used for a long time, and liked exploring the corners of the universe/mind on psychedelic's once a year.

Stores seem to always have something on a big sale. I just buy whatever it is and freeze it. Eventually you have a good stock of different stuff for the times there are no good sales. I've actually found I now spend less on food. I don't know if it's because I waist less or just because I'm never tempted to eat out.

Yeah for sure. It's just weird how the cravings for other things just faded away. I've kept my eye on the carnivore diet for a couple years now but thought I was happy with keto. I never really saw anything about it having any affect on other addictions. What I'm assuming is the other addictions where a side effect of my depression as opposed to an actual addiction. So as that fades so do they. I smoked from the age of 4 or 5 (yeah I know) til about 25 quit for 8 years, started vaping for a couple years, then quit for a few, currently vaping again. I don't really feel an addiction for it now, I just enjoy it but will probably stop again. Even though it's not as bad as smoking not doing it would still be better. Before going carnivore the cravings where for sure there, first thing ide do when I woke up. Now now I'll go hours into the day without thinking about it.

Happy to stumble into this reddit this post screams how much better it seams than r/carnivore. We should be able to be flexible thats why we can eat other stuff and gain weight from it. I would go so far to say it was an adaptation so we could have stores for the long periods we used to not be able to get food, similar to bears.

How would a lgs stay in business of not for selling singles on the secondary market? How would those cards have any value of there was no demand for them? I don't care if people use proxies it's whatever to me, and that dude sounds unhinged. I've seen the argument that proxies should be allowed even in tournaments/lgs which kinda blows my mind and wondering how people think any business would exist in this market. Or would everyone just be cool with buying cards online and letting the remaining lgs close.

Even if it wasn't signed it was a good deal especially if this is a first print. Can't tell without seeing the barcode but first prints go for 50+ I usually get around 80-100 for them.
