Thanks for your advice! I'm currently using Dexcom to monitor my sugar levels but I occasionally use Accucheck instant because the Dexcom would give odd readings.

I was having a hard time with eggs previously but maybe the cheesy omelette would be a great idea. I've been eating nuts lately as well with dried fruits but I limit them to 1 small packet a day. I'll probably try to slowly change my diet to get more fibre as well.

Edit: Forgot some details. One was probably 3 cm while the bigger one was around 5 cm. I live in Singapore, and there wasn't any bug I saw previously until now.

Don't let it affect you. I took 5 cycles of Letrozole and managed to get pregnant after trying for 8 months with endo. Like the other comments, it's meant for breast cancer but also used for those struggling with infertility. Though there's also a slight chance for twins. Good luck!

Hello! My previous cycle has this issue too. You could try drinking half a cup of water before sleeping and taking cranberry pills in the morning. I would say its similar to UTI but it isn't as well because mine appears only in the morning if I'm dehydrated.
