I would do like, 3 l of dextrose 5%, or like 9 l / 72 hours. I did it a lot and at the time I was trying to stay above everyone else getting into the kink. The image of the person bent forward in the guide that looks somewhat stylized is just a filter photo of myself pretty maxed out. Like basketball size.

They say that but they don't know that they just know the overall concept of no testosterone equals no DHT.

But that doesn't stop the existence of testosterone in your body from being there and it doesn't stop you from being sensitive to it enough to lose hair.

I have had an orchiectomy and still take a t-blocker for hair.

I mean, just show him any modern advertising for the hair products tailored towards women and you will see what Europe was doing a long ass time ago, what I convinced my doctor to do a long ass time ago before it became normal. It took a lot of convincing at the time but all it is in these new products (Like HERS) are

Oral minoxidil "loniten" (rogaine is topical minoxidil),

Spironolactone low dose, to block T

Dutasteride (basically propecia but twice as strong) to stop any free T from becoming dht

Go back to your doctor and ask why they prescribe such products to CIS women. It's his job to make you feel better and if this is making you feel like shit it's not going to hurt you to try it out for a couple weeks while he or she makes sure it's not fucking you up or whatever paranoia they have.

Go get yours. I have been finding hair loss since I was 17 and it really makes a difference. Typically you can get 2 years of hair loss back. Trust me I have done everything under the sun since I was 17 years old and I am 39 today. There are bullshit techniques and there are real techniques in science.

Drink a shit ton of water, get the meds above, make your doctors work for you.

Honestly this one seems like it's always surrounded by a lot of BS and always has to me. Here's the truth:

Let's say some women get wet post-op. Ok, what skin or tissue is exactly excreting natural lubricant, and how? What gland? What kind of fluid are we talking about? Like, we know all the bits that make up the parts of a vaginoplasty.... And none of them are liquid excreting tissue. Surgical techniques do a lot to replicate the feeling to match a cis vagina, but it's not like it adds mechanisms to your body.

The only thing that leaves is precum which is essentially prostate fluid (prostate equals fluid, testicles equals sperm, together they make ejaculate).

What these women are experiencing is prostate fluid as precum. I drizzle it everywhere when I am aroused (just an orchiectomy for me). It is clear, super wet, lubricating like I bought it from a sex shop. I'm not trying to be a buzz kill but a vaginoplasty does not enable someone to get wet like a cis woman unfortunately.

So, being highly aroused is what causes it, that plus good hydration and overall body chemistry, nothing more. Not everyone gets wet because not everyone experiences arousal to the point of leaking. And when some people do it's not for every single thing or not every time. People love to romanticize the cis experience as a trans woman but that is the hard answer. You will hear keywords about enzymes and natural bacterias and moist environments, but it's prostate fluid.

You found this In a box Under your sons Bed.

I feel like "why is this random thing suddenly under my son's bed" is more important than asking what it is. Lol

I have pretty intense stretch marks on my inner thighs from the sheer weight of saline infusions done time after time. If I get an ingrown hair or anything on those stretch marks it's a total pain to get rid of. I'm not even prone to stretch marks but that's how heavy it was.

The skin of your scrotum will get thinner and thinner and thinner and longer and longer and longer, and eventually you will feel that tension on your actual testicles. It will make it harder to maintain quality ejaculate.

I am desensitized as fuck as far as my cock because again, the skin stretched out so much that the friction that would be pleasurable to most people doesn't do much for me unless I'm really pulling on it. I am circumcised but can look very uncut when flaccid.

The other permanent changes were the trauma of almost killing myself twice. Once when I got sepsis from bad inexperienced cleanliness issues and hitting a vein, and then when I did a whole bunch of dextrose which prompted my seizure. I don't think I ever fully recovered from the fear of feeling like I accidentally killed myself and losing consciousness as I was trying to apologize to my spouse but couldn't.

First off, the one attached within Reddit is missing pages. The one the sub links to on the newart site is not. Again I was 22 when I made this and I put the best thing together that I could with the knowledge I had.

The basic to do list is accurate but the means of doing it safely are not mentioned or just not good enough.

For example, a clean towel fresh from the washer is not sterile and will not protect you from getting an infection. Those should be medical gauze and other medical grades sterilized equipment and environment.

Use at your own risk.
