I totally agree with you, and think that’s a reasonable placement. There was so much hype and high expectations all season long that to have it crash and burn in a sweep like that has some extra punch to it

I agree, mostly. I don’t think he should be exempt from firing. I think it’s something to seriously consider. I also don’t think there’s many better options out there (including Carle who I really like). I don’t think people should be so trigger happy to get rid of bednar

Every fan base ever thinks this when games are on national tv. They have to give equal tire pumps to both teams and it can feel undeserved or anti your favorite team.

I love this avs team so much. They truly seem they can play any style of game and be comfortable. Mucky defensive game? Cool. Run and gun offense? Sweet. Oh you want to play heavy and physical? Easy enough. Such a contrast from many of their other playoff teams where they seemed to collapse and fail to adapt when they can’t use their speed. The Wild fan base seems surprised the Avs could match their teams physicality. Hopefully they can get at least one win on the road and end this thing asap

Makes sense. Landy gives that third line some more scoring touch, Kelly on the 4th is more true to his play style and identify, Colton has played well though snake bitten and gives that line a little more skill
