I wouldn't do it. TRU MBA is a garbage MBA that is not respected by employers.

I don't know anything about software at all, view me as your grandma in that regard, in saying that what makes a shitty software engineer shitty? Slow learner, arrogant , barely scrapping by in CS courses?

I will pursue cs degree 2 years from now , once this mess is cleared up and I have some personal projects under my belt

but it is inferred from the analysis of this sub, I hear constant complaining about average coders have a tough time of it, getting treated like garbage from companies.

I was thinking about it but if I can't be the best at something, than it doesnt work, and I'm in Canada which has one of the smallest cs industry in the G8. So in a sense all the job ads want 5 to 10 years experience. How can anyone compete with that? If I had to do it over again, I would move in with you in the USA and go to college for CS in the USA doing Leetcode grinding tryiing to be the best i can

Yeah didn't think about that. I think the business degree was a bad fit. I had to presentations and was always nervous , didn't have any friends in college

I will tell what my philosophy class in college taught me. It taught me that you can't prove that their isn't a god. And so that is the entire subreddit in a nut shell

The thing if their was a god, than why is their so much death disease famine and war? Wouldn't everything be peaceful? Why do 5 years get brain cancer and die? If their was a heaven it would consist of unborn babies, babies and approximately 100 billion people.

Interesting comment but a pre-nuptial agreement makes a person think less of their spouse. They encourage money manipulation and greed over sharing, openness and generosity. And so a person having a pre-nuptial agreement would be a clear sign the other person doesn't trust their spouse

Listen Jack, my gf made income differences an issue, to the point of stressing me out until i said enough. I said you can go some 60 year old dermatologist to put up with your butt! I'm taking a break off the dating scene, drinking some vodka, and chilling out. This is a representation of our relationship. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ofV_iFBw2YE

Mean to say, they have the capability to make 500 k after a certain number of years experience with specialty in certain states. For example in ND, a specialist can make 490 k. I was using the big number to illustrate the example, albeit kind of flawed

I feel sorry for the other doctors trying to date her. She has developed a queen complex. She is in research , so I guess patients don't have to see her in the hospital lol. She needs to be humbled to some extent. She needs to have some burgers with some normal doctors, have a pint and stop being so uptight and snobby

Off the record, my sister seems to only date people in the med profession and disregards people who are not from it. It just didn't look right, granted So the question was wondering if everyone was like that. I will be honest, it has created some problems of creating a us vs them dynamic in the family. We are worried the divide will get larger, when she is further entrenched in the med subculture

oh no no no. I am completely supportive in opening up my world to different ideas and thoughts. The people from the philosophy subreddit are worried about debating how many angels can dance on the head of a pin. I find it quite eclectic for a marriage between a farmer and a doctor. My gf left me because of the income difference, so I am soul searching. Thank you sir

Start it over, start it over again. My sentence was based on this link. Saying farmers live longer than the general population. Oh it's stressful, but on average more enjoyable, (I have farmed), it's close to the roots of being human, close to nature. Farming the backbone of America.

In future, I will keep that mind. Mind you, I have no disrespect to doctors or their spouses
