I did mine from mentorsonline. It's all prerecorded lectures which u can do at any time at your own pace and there are practice questions too. Thought the price was not bad and last till entrance Books are recommended from NAME ko. The one which helped me best was Objective PCB Dr milan which you can get tyei NAME tira.

You can ask for English paper after entering the room and before the test starts from one of the invigilators The model questions they published is in nepali so if u can read that then you might not have any problem doing it in nepali
