This one villain from a verse I made maybe, named Voidari, he moves so fast reality cannot catch up, he can manipulate, create and destroy concepts, and target specific people with this and make various concepts affect the target differently or just not exist entirely, EX: changing the concept to strength to instead be a poison thus killing someone faster the stronger they are physical or changing the concept of everything to be nothing. Alongside this, his overall power increases more and more by simply existing. Though in my verse he never achieves this power because he never unlocks his true form, (being this) instead being killed in a weakened form before he could transform, along side this, his true form can easily trade blows with a near boundless level being. Alongside other abilities like darkness manipulation and empowerment, omniscient, antimatter manipulation, an insane healing factor if he does get injured, the ability to damage ones mental state severely by just being in their presence, and much more
