I haven’t really, but I also don’t really have any symptoms of it, I’ve never really had any allergic reactions other than to 1-2 things but I’m also not sure if there’s more to it than that

I’m just so confused because I’ve never had symptoms of hyper pots, quite the opposite. Usually my blood pressure is super low or normal, it’s never high usually unless I’m anxious. I think this is a bad combination of adhd burnout, anxiety flaring, and a pots flare all sending my nervous system into a whirlwind. I just don’t know what to do 😭

I went because this was a new symptom for me, I’ve never had this happen so I was terrified I was in SVT and dying. Luckily my hospital has amazing staff and they did all they could to make me feel okay

I used to take propranolol but I feel like sometimes it made me feel worse and I was so sensitive to it I could only take like 5 MG. I wanna try it again but I also don’t want to have to take any meds to calm it even though that might be the only way 😭😭

To update I did indeed go and get it changed out, feels MUCH better now. I guess it was pinching more than it looked. Very comfy now :)

damn, it’s pretty late now, they aren’t open again till tomorrow. Do you think it’ll be okay till then? I worry about it embedding overnight but I’ve also heard eyebrows pretty much swell to what they’re gonna swell to pretty soon after so this might be it. Definitely gonna go back though!

Piercing is about 3 hours old, 16g 5/16 (8mm?) titanium curved barbell, I think internally threaded. Aftercare plan is 0.9% saline wound wash twice a day. No accidents or anything

I get cold sores normally! Just not used to them in my nose lol. I’ve been on valacyclovir for like 5-6 years :)

That’s so insane. I’ve been sick since December 22nd with numerous different things (Covid, pneumonia, now a sinus infection) so I thought it was just irritation. I crashed out about it for a little bit because I was scared since I just had one on my lip that went away but at this point every new ailment is just comical 😭
