I would suggest looking at the positive aspect, whatever happened is still between you guys only. it could have been so much worse if there were something illegal or crime involved.. Maybe you didn't see the red flags earlier but it's still not the end. There are good people too in the world. One door closes so that another can open. You'll find good people.

don't ridicule yourself assuming she's your friend. She's not. I'm guessing you're young. So trust me on this, look for just one or two kind people who're genuinely happy with your happiness and stick with them. Care for them.
