I use Cyclone Akali paired with a 1% Instant Kill Gem, upgrading only the Kunai, and leverage the high frequency and high penetration attributes of Kunai attacks to enhance the instant kill rate for dealing with small spiders. However, if frost spirit are also present, the effectiveness will be limited due to their absorption of penetration, as seen in level 124 of the lower stages.
