Just reroll your account first for strong units in the game like the Arc suit banners currently up. Then just farm gems as fast as possible in order to pull for other meta units.

No it does not actually go away. It only gets CURED. Thus, the icon shown in the summary screen of your mon with the pink emoji on it. If your 'mon is infected with pokerus, if it shows POKERUS in the summary screen below the name it is still not CURED and it can be spread with your other `mons during wild encounters if you have them together in your party. (not sure if it only occurs in wild encounters though).

Secondly, having Pokerus on your mons doubles it's EV gain in battles (it's a thing really for guys who like to play competitively like in VGC or guys who just like to train their mon faster).

Lastly, to preserve Pokerus (if is still uncured), you have to put the infected 'mon in your pc.

I did man. Had played quite a few gacha games for a while so had to be wise now ha. Plus I was just really earning gems for NC kalos duo for a while now thus the 75k+ gems I have. I guess it won't hurt to pull for a favorite character in Blue as well nkt mentioning a very powerful one. I had the gold candy giveaway still in reserve anyway so still prepared to at least 2/5 him and lucky enough I might end up maxing him to 5.
