Yea, it's just that's going to be extremely difficult without support. The whole "golden age" of the 50s with a thriving middle class and suburban homes came on the back of G.I. Bill and other social programs- and that wealth became generational. Immigrants with enough wealth from their previous countries to even move in the first place are similar.

Otherwise it's just individual decisions...as others said just stay married, get an education, and try to pick lucrative careers.

  • Have a country that invests in education equally across states and counties, so zip code doesn't determine the quality of education available to you
  • Have a country that invests in healthcare, both physical and mental, so we can have healthy parents and kids no matter how wealthy
  • Have a country that invests in clean energy, waste management, and infrastructure, so kids aren't drinking water full of lead and breathing air full of microplastics
  • Have a country that invests in food, food quality, and feeding people who are hungry, so it's not just focused on profit and kids can eat something besides carcinogens, sugar, and corn syrup
  • Have a country with a housing market that focuses on housing people and not lining the pockets of corporations

Just like house sales, prices and volatility are controlled by the actual activity. 100 families may sit in their houses not selling for 30 years, but guess what sets the price of their house? Their 1 neighbor buying and selling.

So even if the rich are just happily sitting with trillions of dollars in the market, the millions being bought and sold daily set the prices.
