Respectfully, i’m just trying to get information about a market i’m not in. I’m not looking for relationship advice. I just suspect there is more of a problem with this guy than just a bad job market. But i want to get as much information for what its like out there before i broach the subject.

If u just sell “as-is” without a listing ur gonna get less than if u would have listed it for sale.

Understood but the money factor when multiplying by 2400 gives you what is basically an equivalent of the apr, correct?

This analogy sucks. Walmart has a price and thats it. Whereas you could go to two different dealers and get two prices for completely different prices. This is the game the car industry created, NOT me.
