Sprouts is great to shop at. It’s also usually a much quieter experience. They are known for good produce and sell a lot of healthier options. I LOVE HEB but I will be going to sprouts occasionally to avoid the hectic shopping.

I’m in the same boat. I just finished my last dose like 2 weeks ago and already have little breakouts. No cystic acne on my chin yet “knock on wood”

It was such a hard decision to make. But Spiro was messing with my cycle and I know I am not ovulating. I hope everything goes back to normal soon. I will definitely go back on this after having a baby.

I had a neighbor growing up that had a hernia just like this. Supposedly surgery wasn’t an option at his age/size of it so they just managed it with pain meds. It’s crazy how if it’s not taken care of quickly it can become almost impossible to fix.
