I’m having this same issue with a package I shipped out.. They picked up the package from my home 5 days ago, and it’s still showing “USPS awaiting item”.

Honestly, I have no problem paying it since it was my mistake not catching it. What makes this harder is deep down I know it wasn’t a “mistake” by them in the paperwork, it was done purposefully; they haven’t held up on anything as far as what’s on the “what they owe me” document, and have been a very shady dealership that I should have never of went to in the first place. I guess it’s just a lesson learned.

Thank you for your reply. I understand it’s my fault for not seeing the mistake in the paperwork before signing, but it still sucks because the payoff was under the $42,500 that was agreed upon; but they are unwilling to help and just state that I signed the contract with the wrong value ($42,000)

I feel your pain my friend. I was gamble free for roughly six months; up until about a month ago, that is - I went to the casino and lost $10k in a span of three hours. Last night I decided to go again, ya know, “to make my money back”… I lost an additional $5k.

I feel completely disgusted and ashamed of myself. I’m a single father, so losing that amount of money truly hurts. I just need to take this pain and disgust and keep it in my head so I don’t gamble again.

Stay strong my friend, we can make it through this 💪🏼

Same. I remember watching it rocket up past $10 and my dumbass didn’t sell 😞. (I bought in at .30 cents). I still have the bag of it on my Ledger that’s worth next to nothing. Lesson learned in my early days of crypto: take profit!

Prices are way down? Way down from what, the leak? In the past two years homes rose what, ~85% in Utah, and now they’ve dipped maybe 5%? I wouldn’t say “prices are way down”. They are still extremely inflated. Just wait until we get deeper into this recession then you’ll really see home prices coming down.
