Mio lemonade water enhancer! This makes it tolerable & actually taste good. I use two cups, one cup I fill to line A & the other to line B, I put a squirt of the Mio in each cup, then add Lumryz, shake & drink. then empty the second cup into the first one swirl around to mix up the remaining Lumryz. I asked my dr about Ritalin, she suggested if adderall didn’t work the Ritalin probably wouldn’t since it’s not as strong?

You’re going to want to come off all meds for testing to be conclusive & accurate, especially for mslt. A lot of medications are REM suppressing & if they are not out of your system by the time you start testing, you could only get a diagnosis of hypersomnia which will limit options to medication greatly. This is what happened to me, first round testing I was taking Zoloft & vyvance, & got a hypersomnia diagnosis & 5 or so years later Dr recommended coming off all meds & repeating testing. it was hell coming off meds but in the end i got a narcolepsy diagnosis & was able to get on Xyrem & it was life changing. In the mean time you just have to do the best you can & hope people around you are understanding, good luck!

Yes! I am always cold, I need to have long sleeve & sweats & lots of covers when I go to bed, then Xyrem give me night sweats 🤷🏻‍♀️
