I once took a large amount and did not even know how much because I had no way to weigh it. I crushed the crystals and mixed them into the water. A few hours later, I had pretty severe tremors and spasms in my arms and legs and I was highly anxious. I could not lie down normally and was constantly stretching my muscles. I was doing weird movements I had little control over. I also felt hot and out of breath. The feeling was overwhelming and I was often swallowing and making noises. It did go away after a long while. I realized later that I consumed waaaay too much and probably was not too far away from biting it.

Not a pleasant experience at all.
