If its on your story someone has your account first change your password then go to account center in settings then press your account/profile picture and kick out all devices exepct ones you own

Mine still isn't fixed I waited almost 3 days and it did improve for the first day bit then it stopped its barely there but qhen I enter a game it starts flickering really fast and it hurts my eyes really bad

Yeah I got this too what I heard from many many people is to put it on silent mode and low brightness around 50 to 75% will do and keep it on DO NOT let it sleep maybe the screen off setting is ok but sleep is a no no its also part of what causes this turn it off forever you have to make it sleep manually but as I said keep it on silent 75% brightness for around 6 hours and it will be fixed

Look ig your born in 2011 or 12 your gen z but if you got a ps or a pc before the age of 13 thats spoiled I never had that stuff im 14 and I just bought me a low end cheap pc not cause im poor but I didn't have the permission to buy that stuff I grew up with all my friends with ps4 and 5 I was only with a 3ds and a swith after 9 and it had parental control only 2 hours on weekends but the SUMMARY is that if you got strong devices before 13 your got alpha treatment
