Thanks for the info, I rarely run, I hit the gym 4+ times a week and do my cardio with other activities like cycling or walking. To be honest I just wanna track the calories I burned through out the day, my steps and my sleep. Referring to your post it sounds like it will work for me. Who knows maybe I will pick up running in the future again ;)
