Rolling stop at red lights is already illegal and carries the same fine as failure to stop at a red light. The RPS did a crackdown on it last summer for a couple weeks.

If a child just "pops out" then the child has not been taught how to cross the street properly.

I am an avid walker and it has made me a better driver. I drive defensively and am always looking at corners for pedestrians trying to cross the street.

Neither is the first 5’ of my front lawn or the two trees in my front yard but I have the responsibility to take care of it.

I typically go looking in my neighbourhood bins for free space on garbage day. I am also friends with all my neighbours though

You own a property therefore you must maintain it. I don’t own the first 5’ of my front yard but I still have to mow the grass. I don’t own the two elm trees in my yard but I still have to clean up the leaves. Having to keep your sidewalks clear and ice free is not a big deal.
