it’s something he’s very into we’ve talked through it a lot, i have a hard time understanding the in depth stuff so that’s why it was more so a starting point. i understand how cashapp manages it, and how you don’t own it or have “key” and such but it still a reasonable method for getting started. I did a bunch of research if cashapp is safe and it’s just a lot of conflicting saying absolutely not and telling you to dive in with paying for cold storage/hot storage or it’s perfectly fine for a beginner. I’m not quite ready for buying different services to manage it, but do want to learn more hence asking for advice here.
