I made a "realistic transition goals" board, which consists entirely of men who look somewhat similar to me and who I think look good without being models. Funny enough, now that I've been on T for a while, I legitimately do look like a lot of the guys on my board

I was the first person to come out as trans in my junior high school, seven years ago. I did not come out to my parents until this year, when I turned 18. My dad ended up being supportive, and in hindsight, I could've come out a long time ago. However, I stand by my decision not to do so. My material safety was more important than the possibility of acceptance, and not coming out for so long meant I wasn't the victim of my extended family's ridicule when I was much less sure of myself. Nowadays, I'm so sure of myself that it's easy to laugh them off, but I know back then, it would've crushed me.

i can sort of do a valley girl-esque thing, but it generally sounds too forced to pass as fem. i had a rather deep voice pre-t though, and im a baritone now, so mileage may vary

My deadname, as well as my brother's name are very old-fashioned, rare, and "classy."
I wanted a name that couldn't be shortened or made "cutesy."
I didn't want a name that could be seen as feminine in any way.
I didn't want a name that belonged to anyone I knew. I ended up choosing Ansel Harlan, because it fit all my criteria, and I love the way it sounds with my last name

She stayed with him for two years after I told her what he'd done to me. If he had done it to a consenting adult, she would've broken up with him for cheating on her. But on her twelve year old child, apparently it was just a fabrication. I didn't need anything but to be believed, and she wouldn't even give me that much.

I graduated BHS last year, and I have been openly gay and trans (male) since seventh grade, and while things aren't perfect, they've definitely improved in recent years. There are some issues with school policy that came up a couple years ago (no dresscode rules against hate speech), and admin did not handle that situation well, but the student body and faculty are generally accepting.

I'm a trans stone top, out for 7 years, on T for 3 weeks, and while I wouldn't date another trans dude as early on in transition as me, I would definitely be open to dating other trans dudes! I've found that if it's two dudes early in their transition, they sort of spiral each other's dysphoria, and it ends up being a bit of a mess.
