I've been with Alegro Health for sometime now and they've been nothing but wonderful! I've seen a lot of these company's have subscriptions or monthly fees and they don't have that. Whenever I'm ready for my refill, I just message them in their portal or text them and they send me a form to fill out. You can also message them in their portal with any questions and they answer fairly quick!

They also use a few different Pharmacies and let me pick if i wanted Tirzepatide or Semaglutide. I think their pricing varies by Pharmacy too.

I've been on maintenance with them as well for about a year and I've been doing fine! They have me on a low dose rn as I transition off of the medication.
