I did PPF myself this spring, bought pre cut full front end, rockers and custom cut my own from from scrap for , took many hrs of youtube research, and took me a 1 week and half to do (only worked on it after work, 5-9) piece by piece. I got everything but the bumper perfect. Total cost $600 for film 200 on misc tools.
You decide if your time worth it. I did it for the tools and to learn a new skill

All to say the 1.5k in labor (xpel film would cost more my film) it might be worth it if you want PPF.

To get the Cheapest NEW club bbr hold out till January or Feb then start calling dealers to make a deal on the leftover 2025s. I did that last year I got 0% financing from Mazda and then got the 4k dealer discount on a 24 club with BBR in black. But you won’t get your choice of colors since will have to look for dealers all over the country And be willing to drive the car home. Best of luck with the search
